Week 1 of the diet really wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be. I got up to a mile and half walking with slight jogging and really feel so much better! I have stopped drinking the soda other than my occasional Sprite once a week...I need some carbonation! I have been cooking all our meals and we started using our grill ALOT more. It's amazing how cutting certain things out of your daily diet can make you feel so much better physically and emotionally. I really haven't had the craving for all the sweets and really bad things it's been easier to turn them down this time around. I looked into taking a supplement to help get my metabolism going and found Slim Quick rated in the top 10 for woman so i'm giving it a try. It's been almost a week and I can def. see a decrease in my food craving and eating. I know as weeks 3 comes around this wonderful feeling will fade some but I know i'm gonna keep on going until all this weight comes off and my weighting is over:-) Now that I finally have purchased a scale I hope to update on just how much weight is going Bye, Bye, Bye!
